These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of reeloregoncoast.com (the “Site”), a production of Aerial Northwest, LLC (“Aerial Northwest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides travel guides, photography, video content, and related editorial material about the Oregon Coast. You may access and view this content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including articles, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and the overall look and feel — is owned by Aerial Northwest, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written permission, except that you may:

3. User Conduct

Content on the Site — including travel guides, recommendations, and destination information — is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Conditions such as weather, trail access, tides, and business hours can change without notice, and you should independently verify any information before relying on it, particularly for activities involving personal safety (such as coastal, hiking, or outdoor recreation).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oregon.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
